**Terms and Conditions for Collection and Delivery** 1. **Liability**: Urban Solar Africa is not liable for any damage or loss incurred during the transportation of solar inverters and batteries unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct by our personnel. 2. **Inspection**: Customers are required to inspect and confirm the condition of goods upon collection or delivery. Any claims for damages or discrepancies must be reported immediately. 3. **Payment**: Full payment for transportation services is required prior to collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. 4. **Ownership**: Ownership of goods remains with the customer at all times. Urban Solar Africa does not assume any ownership or responsibility for the goods during transit. 5. **Force Majeure**: Urban Solar Africa will not be held liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, strikes, or unforeseen transport issues. 6. **Jurisdiction**: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes shall be resolved in South African courts. By proceeding with the collection or delivery, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
